Delivery & Shipping
Packed and shipped from our shop and studio in Dublin, Ireland, we deliver orders worldwide, working with our trusted courier partners to ensure your packages are delivered to you in a secure and timely manner. Shipping for orders over €70 within Ireland is free, and a flat rate fee of €20 applies for all international orders. If you are shopping outside the EU, you will be responsible for paying any additional customs, tariff, or levy charges, depending on the country. Read more below…
An important note on...
Shipping to the UK, US & elsewhere outside the EU
Orders shipped to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) and elsewhere outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays, as well as additional costs (customs, tariffs, levies etc) which are the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay.
Normally, the delivery company will contact you for payment prior to the delivery of goods. Recipients are usually notified by email or text, with a web link to pay the necessary fees. If the required payment is not made promptly, then the delivery company will return the goods to MoMuse and we will be unable to reimburse the delivery or the return costs.
It is therefore very important that buyers outside the EU are aware of this, and supply accurate contact details so the courier company can make contact for payment.
Shipping in Ireland
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over €70 in the Republic of Ireland. Our delivery times are currently 2-3 working days via DHL. You will be provided with a tracking number once the order leaves MoMuse.
Shipping Internationally
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of €20. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. All International orders are shipped via Registered Post with An Post. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your order. Please note that if you are shopping outside of the EU, you will be responsible for any customs fees, tariffs or levies. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Click & Collect
You can choose the Click & Collect option at the checkout. Current pick-up times are during our shop opening hours: 10:30am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday and 1 - 5 pm on Sundays, from our Dublin shop in Unit 5 Ground Floor, Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, 59 William St S, Dublin 2, D02 HF95, Ireland.
Packaging
All items are shipped out in our signature MoMuse gift boxes. See more information here. All orders are shipped in recycled paper padding envelopes sourced here in Dublin.
When placing an order online at MoMuse, you will also be given the option to choose whether or not you would like your order to arrive with minimal packaging or with a gift bag.
