18kt Gold
We provide a complimentary polishing cloth with all 9kt and 18kt gold pieces, which you can use to clean your jewellery. Gold will never tarnish, but sometimes it dulls with wear and a polishing cloth will bring it back to looking brand new again. Every so often, you can soak your gold pieces in lukewarm, soapy water and clean using a soft clean toothbrush, to bring up their shine. Rinse under lukewarm water. Store away from direct sunlight, and avoid water including the shower, swimming pools, sweat, and steam. Avoid chemicals including perfumes, sprays, creams and lotions. Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night.
Diamonds
Our diamonds at MoMuse are ethically sourced. Every so often, you can soak your diamonds in lukewarm, soapy water and clean using a soft clean toothbrush, to bring up their shine. Rinse under lukewarm water. To protect your diamonds, remove when applying hand sanitiser, perfumes, creams and other chemicals.
